Is it on Game Pass?
Not as a subscription title. The Xbox Store page states that a purchase is required; owning the game then lets Game Pass Essential, Premium or Ultimate members stream it through Xbox Cloud Gaming.[4]

Interface languages listed by the developer: English, French, German, Spanish (Spain), Portuguese (Brazil), Polish, Russian, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Korean and Turkish.[1] Czech and Italian are not on that list, which explains the many searches for community translations. The FAQ also mentions you can switch between the full voice-over and the original "mumbling" voices.[1]
