That technology only appears after the church preparation stage of Holy Moly!: meet the Nun, clean the Church and raise Church quality to 10.[1] Then place the desk from the Writing Room blueprint desk in the basement under your house for 4 Wooden Plank, 6 Bronze Nails and 1 Polished Bronze.[1][2]
